The modern automotive industry is a rapidly evolving landscape dominated by advanced electronics, hybrid technologies, and sophisticated computer systems. Our Automotive Technician Training Program is designed to bridge the gap between traditional mechanical knowledge and cutting-edge diagnostic skills. We provide a hands-on learning environment where students are not just passive learners but active technicians working on real-world vehicle problems. Whether you are a high school graduate looking for a stable career or a professional seeking a change, our program offers the tools, certification preparation, and technical expertise required to succeed in dealerships and repair shops nationwide.
Our curriculum emphasizes safety, precision, and problem-solving. Under the guidance of ASE-certified instructors, students will dismantle engines, troubleshoot electrical wiring, and perform complex maintenance routines. By simulating a professional shop environment, we ensure that graduates are ready to hit the ground running from day one.
Learn the intricacies of internal combustion engines. This module covers cylinder head service, valve trains, short block repair, and engine diagnostics. Students will understand how to analyze performance issues and rebuild engines to manufacturer specifications.
Modern vehicles are essentially computers on wheels. This course focuses on batteries, starting systems, charging systems, and lighting. Advanced topics include multiplexing, body control modules, and the use of digital multimeters and oscilloscopes for troubleshooting.
Safety is paramount. Students will master hydraulic systems, drum and disc brakes, power assist units, and anti-lock braking systems (ABS). The suspension module covers steering, alignment, shocks, struts, and tire balancing.
A deep dive into heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Training includes recovery and recycling of refrigerants, leak detection, component replacement, and automatic temperature control diagnostics.
Prepare for the future of automotive repair with a focus on emissions control, fuel systems, and ignition systems. Students learn to use scan tools to interpret data streams, identify drivability faults, and ensure vehicles meet environmental standards.
Understand the power flow from the engine to the wheels. This unit covers automatic and manual transmission fundamentals, clutch systems, drive shafts, and differentials. Students learn disassembly, inspection, and reassembly techniques.
