BHS Baseball Schedule 2024 Season

Season Overview

The 2024 season kicks off on Saturday, March 9th and runs through the regional playoffs in late May. The team will play a total of 24 regularseason games, split evenly between home and away matchups. Practices are held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday after school in the Bayside High gymnasium, with additional optional conditioning sessions on Tuesdays.

All games will be played at the Bayside High Baseball Field, located at 1234 Main St., Bayside. The field features a new lighting system, allowing for night games beginning at 7:00p.m. The schedule below reflects the official dates, opponents, and start times.

All times are listed in Eastern Standard Time. If a game is postponed due to weather, the athletic department will post updates on the official BHS Athletics website and on our social media channels.

Ticket Information

Tickets are free for students and staff. Community members can purchase tickets at the school office during regular business hours or at the gate on game day (cash only). Season tickets, which guarantee a seat at every home game, are $45 and can be bought online through the ticket portal.

• Kids 12 and under enter free with a paying adult.
• Family pack (2 adults + 3 children) $30.
• Group discounts available for clubs, churches, and senior centers (minimum 10 tickets).

All proceeds support the baseball program, including equipment upgrades, travel expenses, and field maintenance.

Key Dates & Events

• March 1: Preseason team meeting all players must attend.
• March 5: Opening Night Celebration free entry, food trucks, and a special introduction of the seniors.
• April 15: Senior Night honored seniors receive a commemorative plaque.
• May 20: AllStar Tryouts open to any player who has logged at least 10 minutes of playing time.
• June 15: EndofSeason Banquet awards ceremony for MVP, Best Pitcher, and Most Improved Player.
