If the request is an Invoice Request or Billing History Export, the system generates the document in real time and provides a secure download link that expires after 48hours.

Troubleshooting Common Issues
Problem: Invalid Account Number

Typed the number incorrectly verify the eight digits.
The account is inactive contact the accounts office to reactivate.
Problem: OTP not received
Steps to resolve:
Check the email address on file; update it if outdated.
Look in the Promotions or Junk folder of your email client.
Request a new OTP after waiting two minutes.
Problem: File upload fails
Ensure the following:
File size is under 5MB.
Accepted formats: PDF, JPG, PNG, DOCX.
No special characters in the file name.
Problem: No confirmation email received
Check the ticket ID displayed after submission. If the ID is present, the request is logged; the email may be delayed due to server load. Wait up to 10minutes, then search your mailbox for the ticket number.
