Program Overview
The BSc (Honours) in Fitness, Nutrition and Health is an interdisciplinary degree that equips students with scientific knowledge and practical skills to promote wellbeing across diverse populations. Combining evidencebased nutrition science, exercise physiology, health promotion, and behavioural psychology, the programme prepares graduates for roles in clinical, community, sports and corporate environments.
Duration: 3years fulltime (or 4years parttime)
Award: Bachelor of Science (Honours)
Accreditation: Recognised by the National Sports & Fitness Association and the Dietitians Board.

Each semester blends lectures, laboratory work, practical labs, and casebased learning. Assessment methods include written examinations, lab reports, portfolio projects, and the final honours dissertation.

Admission Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of 2 Alevels (or equivalent) including Biology, Chemistry, or Physical Education.
- Grade C or higher in English language proficiency (IELTS 6.5 overall).
- Personal statement demonstrating a genuine interest in health, fitness or nutrition.
- References from a teacher or employer.
Early application is encouraged as places are limited. Scholarships are available for highachieving students and for those who commit to community health projects during their studies.
