We seek dedicated students who meet specific criteria and demonstrate the qualities necessary to effectively support their school community. Currently enrolled in grades 10-12 Good academic standing (minimum 2.5 GPA) No significant disciplinary record Able to commit to full program duration Genuine empathy and compassion for others Approachable and relatable personality Responsible, reliable, and trustworthy Strong commitment to helping others Respect for diversity and inclusion Complete 2-week training program (3 hours/day) Attend monthly team meetings (90 minutes) Fulfill 30 service hours per semester Participate in quarterly skills workshops Complete regular self-reflection activities Our comprehensive application process is designed to identify candidates who will excel as peer leaders while providing a valuable experience for all applicants. Complete our application form with personal information and short responses to reflection questions. Two teachers submit recommendations on your behalf through our online portal. Selected applicants participate in a collaborative group activity and individual interview. Successful candidates complete the comprehensive training program before assuming peer leader roles.
