In 2023, 1 in 4 women and 1 in 10 men experienced intimate partner violence, while an estimated 1 in 5 survivors of sexual assault never receive the comprehensive support they need. These stark statistics underscore a pressing need for communitydriven solutions, education, and safehousing programs that empower survivors to rebuild their lives.

About Our Organization

Since 2005, Safe Horizons Alliance has been a nonprofit dedicated to ending domestic violence and sexual assault through:

• 24hour crisis hotlines and shelters.
• Legal advocacy and counseling services.
• Community outreach, education, and bystanderintervention training.
• Support groups and empowerment workshops for survivors of all ages.

Fundraiser Overview

Our annual Hope & Healing Gala will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2024 at the Riverfront Convention Center. The event will feature a silent auction, live entertainment, and a keynote address by survivoradvocate Dr. Maya Patel.
