The Annual Examination is a crucial part of the academic calendar at Don Bosco English Medium School. Guidelines for Students

1. Verify your admit card details (name, class, roll number) before the day of the exam.
2. Study the syllabus thoroughly; the timetable follows the syllabus sequence.
3. Prepare a revision plan that aligns with the dates of each subject.
4. Arrive at the school at least 30 minutes early to settle down and avoid lastminute rush.
5. Carry a copy of the timetable in your bag for quick reference.
6. Maintain proper hygiene wash hands before entering the examination hall.

Guidelines for Parents

• Ensure your child gets enough sleep during the examination week.
• Provide a quiet and welllit place for the final revisions.
• Check that the required stationery and water bottle are packed.
• Familiarise yourself with the schools exam policy regarding late arrivals and absences.
• Encourage your child to stay calm and confident; a positive mindset improves performance.

CoCurricular Activities During the Examination Week

While the main focus is on academics, the school continues its cocurricular programmes. The following activities are scheduled so that they do not clash with the exam timings:

• Music practice 2:00pm to 4:00pm (all classes)
• Art Club 4:30pm to 6:00pm (Class8 & 9)
• Sports practice (football, basketball) 5:00pm to 7:00pm (Class10)
• Debate workshop 3:00pm to 5:00pm (Class9 & 10)

Exam Result Publication

Results for the Annual Examination will be announced on 15th April 2020. Parents and students can view the individual scores on the schools online portal using their registered credentials. A detailed marksheet will also be issued to each student.
