Founded in 2022, the GlutenFree Food Truck was created to fill a growing need for fast, flavorful meals that are completely free of gluten. Our founders, a dietitian and a culinary chef, combined their expertise to design a menu that proves you dont have to sacrifice taste for safety. Every dish is prepared in a dedicated, glutenfree kitchen before it ever reaches the truck, ensuring crosscontamination is eliminated from the start.
