How to Use the App
1. Download & Register
Find the GreeneKing App in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. After installation, create an account using your email or social login. Set a password, agree to the terms, and youre ready.
2. Enable Location Services
Allow the app to access your location for accurate venue suggestions and directions. You can also manually search by city or postcode.
3. Explore the Dashboard
The home screen shows nearby pubs, featured offers, and a quick link to the loyalty balance. Swipe left/right to browse categories like Pubs, Restaurants, Hotels, and Events.
4. Make a Booking or Order
Select a venue, choose Book a Table or Order Food. Choose date, time, party size, and any special requests. Confirm and pay if you wish to pay in advance.
5. Collect or Dine In
For collection orders, a QR code appears on the screen show it to staff at pickup. For reservations, youll receive a confirmation with a QR code for a swift checkin.
6. Earn & Redeem Points
Every completed transaction automatically adds points. Track them on the Club tab and redeem rewards when you reach the required threshold.
7. Give Feedback
After each visit, youll receive a push notification inviting you to rate the experience. Your feedback helps improve service and unlocks occasional bonus points.
