Overview
The Haileybury Rendall School Bus Service provides reliable, safe, and comfortable transportation for students attending Haileybury Rendall campuses in the Adelaide Hills region. Established in 2015, the service has grown to cover a wide catchment area, ensuring that families can rely on a consistent daily commute.

Routes & Timetables
Our service operates three main routes, each designed to minimise travel time while covering the most populated suburbs around the school.
Route A Northside Loop
- Pickup points: Aldgate, Mylor, Woodside
- First departure: 07:00am
- Arrival at school: 07:45am
- Return: 15:00pm 15:45pm
Route B Eastside Express
- Pickup points: Crafers, Stirling, Aldgate
- First departure: 07:10am
- Arrival at school: 07:55am
- Return: 15:10pm 15:55pm
Route C South Valley
- Pickup points: Nairne, Meadows, Echunga
- First departure: 07:20am
- Arrival at school: 08:10am
- Return: 15:20pm 16:10pm

Safety & Training
Safety is the cornerstone of our bus service. Each driver holds a valid Heavy Vehicle Licence (Class H) and must complete the following prerequisites before joining the team:
- Comprehensive background screening and Working With Children Check.
- Accredited passengercarriage training (minimum 40 hours).
- Annual CPR and firstaid certification.
- Ongoing professional development workshops.
Our fleet is equipped with:
- Seat belts on every seat.
- Video surveillance (recorded for security, not for monitoring individual behaviour).
- Airconditioned cabins and lowfloor entry for easy boarding.
- Realtime GPS that feeds into the Haileybury parent portal.
In the unlikely event of an incident, the driver follows a strict protocol that includes immediate notification of school administration, parents, and local emergency services.
Registration Process
Enrolling a student in the bus service is straightforward. Follow these steps:
- Log in to the Haileybury Parent Portal using your credentials.
- Navigate to Transport & Services School Bus Registration.
- Select the appropriate route and indicate any special requirements (e.g., wheelchair access).
- Upload a recent photograph of your child for the onboard identification system.
- Review the cost schedule and complete payment via credit card or direct debit.
- Submit the form. You will receive a confirmation email within 24hours.
Fees are calculated based on distance from the school and are payable quarterly. Concession rates are available for eligible families.
