About ICT Chamber Rwanda

The ICT Chamber Rwanda is an essential component of the Private Sector Federation (PSF), serving as the collective voice for Information and Communications Technology businesses in Rwanda. Established to support the growth of one of Rwanda's fastest-growing sectors, the Chamber acts as a bridge between the private ICT industry and the government, policy makers, and potential partners both locally and internationally.

Rwanda has positioned itself as a regional technology hub, with ICT at the center of its development strategy. The ICT Chamber Rwanda is instrumental in this transformation, working to create an enabling environment for technology businesses to thrive, innovate, and contribute to the national vision of becoming a knowledge-based economy.

Leadership Structure

The ICT Chamber Rwanda is governed by a Board of Directors elected from among member companies. The Board sets the strategic direction of the Chamber while ensuring that it serves the diverse interests of its members. A dedicated secretariat, headed by an Executive Director, handles the day-to-day operations and implements the Chamber's programs and activities.

The Chamber's governance structure ensures representation from various sub-sectors within ICT, including software development, telecommunications, hardware, IT services, digital content, and emerging technologies. This diversity allows for a holistic approach to addressing industry challenges and opportunities.
