Polar Code IMO Resolution MSC.1/Circ.1468 (adopted 2014) Provides mandatory rules for ships operating in Arctic and Antarctic waters, covering safety, environmental protection and crew training. Circulars and Notices MSC Circulars, MEPC Circulars, etc. Issued regularly to clarify interpretation of conventions, announce upcoming amendments, or provide guidance on emerging issues such as autonomous ships or alternative fuels.
