Submission Process
Authors who wish to submit a manuscript to JEPA should follow these steps:
- Manuscript preparation: Use the journals template (available on the website) and adhere to the APA 7th edition citation style.
- Create an account: Register on the online submission system, JEMS (Journal Editorial Management System).
- Upload files: Submit the main text, an abstract of no more than 250 words, keywords (36), and any supplementary material (e.g., datasets, tables).
- Cover letter: Include a brief statement outlining the contribution of your work and confirming that the manuscript is original and not under consideration elsewhere.
- Confirmation: After submission, you will receive an automated acknowledgment and a manuscript ID for tracking.

Peer Review and Publication Timeline
JEPA employs a doubleblind peerreview process to ensure impartial evaluation. Typically, the review cycle proceeds as follows:
- Initial screening: The editorial office checks the manuscript for scope, formatting, and plagiarism.
- Reviewer assignment: Two to three experts in the relevant field are invited to review.
- Evaluation: Reviewers assess originality, methodology, theoretical contribution, and clarity. They provide constructive feedback and a recommendation (accept, revise, or reject).

The average time from submission to first decision is 40 days, and from acceptance to online publication is about 30 days.
