History & Vision
Established in 1975, Kamaraj College was founded by the late Dr. M. Kamaraj with a mission to provide quality higher education to the youth of Tamil Nadu and beyond. Named after the eminent Indian statesman K. Kamaraj, the institution embodies his values simplicity, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to public service.
Over the past five decades, the college has grown from a humble arts and science college with 150 students to a multidisciplinary hub offering undergraduate, postgraduate, and research programmes across Engineering, Management, Commerce, Science, and Humanities.

Admission Process
Admissions are conducted through a transparent, meritbased process. Prospective students must meet the eligibility criteria for their chosen programme and appear for the appropriate entrance examination (e.g., TANCET for engineering, KEA for MBA) or qualify based on academic performance for certain courses.
