The KOICA YONSEI Master's Degree Program in e-Government and Public Management for ASEAN is a prestigious scholarship initiative aimed at strengthening the administrative capabilities of ASEAN member countries. Jointly offered by the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) and Yonsei University, this program provides comprehensive education in digital governance and public administration excellence.
Established in response to the growing need for digitally adept public administrators in the ASEAN region, this program combines Korea's world-class expertise in e-Government implementation with Yonsei University's academic excellence. Since its inception, the program has graduated over 200 professionals who now occupy key positions in governments across Southeast Asia.
