Academic Session 2018-19: Stationery and Book Requirements

Welcome to the official list of required textbooks, notebooks, and stationery items for the 2018-19 academic session. This list has been curated to ensure that all students are well-prepared for their upcoming curriculum and have the necessary tools to achieve academic excellence throughout the year.

Essential Textbooks

All students are expected to procure the updated editions of the following textbooks as per the syllabus guidelines provided by the board for the 2018-19 cycle.

Notebook Requirements

To maintain organized study notes, we request that parents ensure students have the following notebook specifications:

• Single-line registers: 200 pages (For Science and Mathematics)
• Single-line notebooks: 120 pages (For Languages and Social Science)
• Practical Files: A4 size, ruled sheets with interleaved graph paper
• Sketchbooks: A3 size for Art and Craft classes

General Stationery List

In addition to textbooks and notebooks, students are required to carry a basic stationery kit daily. Please ensure these items are labeled with the student's name and class.

• Pencils: HB grade (pack of 5)
• Erasers and Sharpener
• Geometry Box (Must include compass, divider, and protractor)
• Blue and Black ballpoint pens (For Grade 9 and above)
• Highlighters (Yellow, Green, and Pink)
• Glue stick and a pair of rounded-tip scissors for project work
• 12-inch transparent plastic ruler

Guidelines for Parents

We advise that all materials be purchased well before the commencement of the session on April 2nd, 2018. If you have any inquiries regarding specific editions or if a book is currently out of stock at the local bookstore, please contact the school administration office during working hours. All students are encouraged to keep their stationery organized in a single pouch to prevent loss or damage to school property.
