MSc Human Nutrition

Program Overview

The MSc in Human Nutrition equips students with a deep scientific understanding of how food influences health across the lifespan. Combining rigorous coursework, practical laboratory experience, and research projects, the programme prepares graduates for roles in clinical practice, public health, food industry, research and policy.

Food Industry & Product Development

Food formulation, functional foods, regulatory affairs.

Community & Global Nutrition

Food insecurity, nutrition in lowresource settings, culturally appropriate interventions.

Research Project

All students complete an independent research project (60 credits) under the supervision of a faculty expert. Projects may be laboratorybased, clinical, or fieldbased, allowing students to publish findings and present at conferences.
