The National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra is pleased to announce the declaration of results for the Bachelor of Technology II Semester Information Technology examinations conducted during May-June 2022. The results have been formally approved by the Academic Council and are now accessible to all concerned students.

Accessing Your Results
Instructions for Students
- Results are available on the official Institute website starting September 15, 2022
- Students can access their results using their Roll Number and Date of Birth
- Marksheets will be available from the Academic Section from September 20, 2022
- Students must collect their marksheets in person by showing their Institute ID card
- Proxy collection of marksheets is not permitted
Grading System
The Institute follows a 10-point grading system for evaluation. The conversion from letter grades to grade points and their interpretation is as follows:

CGPA Calculation
The Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) is calculated as:
CGPA = (Credit Grade Point) / (Credit)
The CGPA for this semester is calculated based on the performance in all six subjects, each with 4 credits, totaling 24 credits for the semester.
Revaluation Process
Revaluation Guidelines
Students who wish to apply for revaluation of their answer scripts must adhere to the following procedure:
- Applications for revaluation will be accepted from September 18, 2022, to September 25, 2022
- A fee of 500 per subject is applicable, payable through the Institute's payment portal
- Requests made after the deadline will not be entertained under any circumstances
- Only photocopies of the revalued answer scripts will be provided to the applicants
- The revaluation results will be declared by October 10, 2022
- Changes in grades, if any, will be intimated to the students through their registered email
Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: When can I collect my official marksheet?
A: Official marksheets can be collected from the Academic Section starting September 20, 2022. You must bring your Institute ID card for verification purposes.
Q2: What if I have arrears in one or more subjects?
A: Students with arrears in one or more subjects will need to appear for the supplementary examinations scheduled to be conducted in November 2022. Detailed notification regarding supplementary exams will be issued separately.
Q3: How do I apply for revaluation if I'm not currently on campus?
A: Students not currently on campus can apply for revaluation through the Institute's online portal. The login credentials for the portal are the same as those used for accessing the results.
Q4: Will the digital marksheet available on the website be considered valid for all purposes?
A: The digital marksheet available on the website is provisional. For any official purpose, including higher education admissions or employment, students must obtain the original marksheet from the Academic Section.
Q5: How can I contact the examination section if I have queries regarding my results?
A: All queries regarding results should be addressed to the Controller of Examinations through email at exams@nitkkr.ac.in or in person at the Examination Section of the Institute.
