All subscriptions are set to autorenew at the end of the current term unless you opt out. Heres what you need to know:
- Renewal Reminder: An email reminder is sent 14days before the renewal date.
- Grace Period: If payment cannot be processed, you have a 7day grace period to update billing details without losing access.
- Cancellation: You can cancel anytime via the account dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current term.
- Price Changes: Any price adjustments are communicated at least 60days before the renewal date.
