The Nutritional Sciences Graduate Program prepares scholars for leadership roles in research, public health, clinical nutrition, food industry, and policy development. Degree Options
Master of Science (M.S.) in Nutritional Sciences
Designed for students who want a strong research foundation and the option to pursue industry or clinical roles. The M.S. requires 30 credit hours, including core courses, electives, and a thesis or practicum project.
Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Nutritional Sciences
The Ph.D. is a fulltime, 45year program focused on independent research. Candidates complete advanced coursework, a qualifying exam, and a dissertation that contributes original knowledge to the field.
