The NZP&M production data reporting template (PDRT) is a standardized Excelbased tool created to capture, validate, and share productionrelated information for the NZP&M project. It is intended for use by all subcontractors, plant operators and reporting engineers who need to submit daily, weekly, and monthly production metrics. By consolidating data into a single, welldefined format, the template helps stakeholders compare performance across sites, spot trends early, and support decisionmaking for resource allocation and process optimisation. The template consists of four main worksheets: Each worksheet follows a set of naming conventions and data validation rules to minimise entry errors. If you encounter an error message from the macro, the workbook will highlight the offending cell in red and provide a brief description in a popup window. Correct the data and rerun the validation until the workbook reports No errors found. Below is a sample row that illustrates a correctly completed entry for Plant01 on 15April2026, ShiftB: The Yield column is automatically calculated by the macro, so you do not need to type a value manually. If the calculated figure falls outside the 0100% range, the macro flags the row for review. NZP&M Production Data Reporting Template
