How to Register

Registering takes less than two minutes. Follow the steps that apply to your country or region.

  1. Visit your official organ donor registry website (e.g., DonorDrive, state health department site, or national health portal).
  2. Enter basic personal information: name, date of birth, and contact details.
  3. Choose the type of donation you wish to authorize solid organs, tissue, eyes, or all of the above.
  4. Review and digitally sign the declaration.
  5. Print a copy for your records and share your decision with family members.

Many regions also allow you to register through your drivers license application, state ID card, or a mobile app.
