This research explores the effectiveness of combining two specific stretching modalitiesActive Isolated Stretching (AIS) and Contract Relax Stretching (CRS)to determine if their synergy leads to superior improvements in hamstring flexibility compared to isolated methods. Contract Relax Stretching is a form of Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF). It involves an isometric contraction of the targeted muscle group followed by a passive stretch.
