How to Use the Questionnaire Results
- Review baseline data: Look for red flags such as a history of anemia, low B12 intake, or high cardiovascular risk.
- Calculate macro and micronutrient targets: Use the clients age, sex, weight, activity level, and health goals to set personalized protein, iron, calcium, and omega3 recommendations.
- Identify education needs: If knowledge scores are low, schedule a focused teaching session on those nutrients.
- Develop an action plan: Break goals into weekly tasks (e.g., Add one legume serving each day). Include grocery lists, recipe ideas, and supplement suggestions when appropriate.
- Set followup intervals: Readminister the questionnaire every 46 weeks to monitor changes and adjust the plan.
