About the Program
The SaintAlphonsus Outpatient Nutrition Program (ONP) is a comprehensive, evidencebased service designed to help adults and seniors manage chronic medical conditions, recover from surgery, or simply improve their overall health through personalized nutrition counseling. Operated by SaintAlphonsus Health System, the program integrates dietitians, physicians, and support staff to provide a coordinated approach that fits into patients everyday lives.
Unlike inpatient nutrition services, our outpatient model allows participants to continue living at home while receiving regular, scheduled appointments. This flexibility reduces hospital readmission rates, supports longterm behavior change, and is covered by most major insurance plans.
