• The unit experienced at least one of the following issues: reduced spin speed, excessive vibration, or inability to complete a wash cycle.
• The owner still possesses the appliance (i.e., it has not been discarded).

Owners who sold or donated their washer before filing a claim are not eligible for cash compensation, but they may still be entitled to a repair if the new owner contacts Samsung directly.

How to File a Claim

The claims process is handled by the settlement administrator, Admiral Claims Services. Follow these steps:

All communication will be via email or postal mail; Samsung will never ask for payment to process a claim.
