1. Seated Sciatic Glide
This is the most common starting position for mobilizing the nerve.
- Sit upright in a chair with good posture. Keep your chest lifted.
- Straighten the affected leg out in front of you, pointing your toes upward toward your nose (dorsiflexion).
- Slowly bend your head and neck forward, bringing your chin toward your chest.
- Hold this position for 23 seconds where you feel a gentle stretch.
- Release: Simultaneously lower your foot to the floor (relaxing the toes) and lift your head back to neutral.
- Repeat 1015 times, 23 times a day.
