Conference Overview
The Southeast Asia Public Health Nutrition Conference (SEAPHCN) brings together researchers, policymakers, practitioners, and NGOs from across the region to share evidencebased strategies that improve nutrition outcomes. Hosted in Bangkok, Thailand from 1215 November 2025, the fourday event will feature plenary talks, interactive workshops, poster sessions, and a showcase of innovative field projects.
With rapid urbanisation, climate change, and shifting dietary patterns, Southeast Asia faces a double burden of malnutritionpersisting micronutrient deficiencies alongside rising rates of overweight and dietrelated noncommunicable diseases. SEAPHCN provides a platform to discuss integrated, culturally appropriate solutions that align with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG2 (Zero Hunger) and SDG3 (Good Health and WellBeing).
Conference Objectives
- Highlight recent research on micronutrient deficiencies, food security, and dietrelated NCDs in Southeast Asia.
- Facilitate crosssector collaboration among ministries of health, agriculture, education, and private industry.
- Share best practices for communitybased nutrition interventions, school feeding programs, and nutrition-sensitive agriculture.
- Identify policy gaps and propose actionable recommendations for national and regional nutrition strategies.
- Promote capacitybuilding for earlycareer professionals through mentorship and skillbuilding workshops.

Earlybird registration (until 30 June 2025) is USD150 for professionals and USD80 for students. Late registration (after 30 June) is USD200 / USD120 respectively.
