Insurance Plans We Offer

Superior HealthPlan offers a variety of insurance plans designed to meet different healthcare needs and circumstances:

STAR (Medicaid Managed Care)

Our STAR program serves low-income children, pregnant women, families, and adults with disabilities. This comprehensive plan includes doctor visits, hospital care, dental, vision, mental health services, and more at little or no cost to eligible members.

CHIP (Children's Health Insurance Program)

CHIP provides affordable health insurance for children in families that earn too much to qualify for Medicaid but cannot afford private insurance. Our CHIP plans offer extensive coverage at low cost, ensuring children receive necessary medical care.

CHIP Perinatal

This coverage option provides prenatal care for unborn children of pregnant women who qualify based on income. The plan includes prenatal visits, labor and delivery services, and postpartum care to support healthy pregnancies.

Medicare Advantage

Our Medicare Advantage plans combine Original Medicare (Parts A and B) with additional benefits like prescription drug coverage, dental, vision, hearing, wellness programs, and more. Many plans offer $0 premiums and low copays, making comprehensive healthcare accessible for seniors.

Individual and Family Plans
