Organizational Structure

3. Village Level: Primary Milk Producers Cooperative Societies (PMPCS) gather milk from local farmers and act as the first point of contact for training and services.

A dedicated Dairy Credit Scheme offers up to2lakh per farmer with flexible repayment schedules.

3. Veterinary & Extension Services

4. Processing & ValueAdded Products

TS DDCF has set up two largescale processing plants at Hyderabad and Warangal, each with a capacity of 4million liters per day. These units produce pasteurized milk, curd, butter, ghee, milk powder, and specialty products such as probiotic drinks and flavored yogurts.
