1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (User, you, your) and Cheam Cricket Club (Club, we, us, our). They govern your use of the Site, purchase of merchandise, registration for events, and any other services provided through the Site.

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised Last Updated date. Continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

3. Eligibility

By using the Site you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian. Users under 16 must have a parent or legal guardian read and accept these Terms on their behalf.

To purchase items or register for events, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, and you must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

5. Purchases and Payments

5.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and any other payment methods indicated on the checkout page. All transactions are processed securely using industrystandard encryption.

5.3 Order Confirmation

After successful payment you will receive an order confirmation email. This email serves as a receipt and confirms that a binding contract exists between you and the Club.

5.4 Cancellation and Refunds

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them by contacting us at support@cheamcricketclub.co.uk. Refunds are processed using the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the United Kingdom and to selected international locations. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only; the Club is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other forcemajeure events.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Personalized or bespoke merchandise is exempt from returns unless faulty.

To initiate a return, email returns@cheamcricketclub.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. You will receive instructions for shipping the item back to us.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Siteincluding logos, graphics, text, and product imagesis the property of Cheam Cricket Club or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to:

• Harass, threaten, or defame any person or entity.
• Upload viruses, malware, or any malicious code.
• Infringe on intellectual property rights.
• Scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data from the Site without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Clubs total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the goods or services giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cheam Cricket Club, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved principally through goodfaith negotiation. If a settlement cannot be reached, the dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that we deem in breach of these Terms, unlawful, or otherwise harmful to the Club or other users.
