Introduction
The Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) conducts the Group1 examination every year to recruit candidates for various senior administrative positions such as Deputy Collector, Assistant Commissioner, and other key roles in the state bureaucracy. Exam Structure Overview
The TSPSC Group1 exam is conducted in three stages:
- PreScreening Test (PST) 50 multiplechoice questions (MCQs) in 60 minutes.

Scoring & Negative Marking

Interview / Personality Test
After clearing the written exam, candidates are called for an interview lasting about 2030 minutes. The panel assesses:

Marks are awarded on a scale of 0100. The final merit list combines WE (maximum 400) + Interview (maximum 100) for a total of 500 marks.
