Program Overview

The Tuition Assistance Manna Program (TAMP) is a governmentbacked initiative designed to help eligible students cover the cost of postsecondary education. Whether youre pursuing a certificate, an associate degree, a bachelors degree, or advanced professional training, TAMP provides financial support that can significantly reduce outofpocket expenses.

Funded through a combination of federal grants, state allocations, and private partnerships, the Manna Program aims to increase workforce readiness, promote lifelong learning, and remove financial barriers that often keep promising individuals from achieving their educational goals.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Manna Program, applicants must meet the following core conditions:

• Residency: Must be a legal resident of a participating state or territory.
• Citizenship: U.S. citizens, permanent residents, or eligible noncitizens.
• Academic Status: Enrolled in an accredited postsecondary institution (public, private, or community college).
• Financial Need: Demonstrated need as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or equivalent state assessment.
• Course Load: Minimum of 12 credit hours per semester for undergraduate students; at least 6 credit hours for graduate or professional programs.
• Good Standing: Must maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher (or equivalent).

Special provisions exist for veterans, activeduty service members, and individuals with disabilities. These groups may receive additional assistance or modified eligibility thresholds.

What the Program Covers

Approved participants can receive a combination of the following benefits:

• Direct Tuition Grants: Up to 100% of tuition costs for qualifying courses.
• Book and Supply Stipends: Annual allowance for textbooks, lab materials, and required software.
• Living Expense Support: Optional stipends to offset housing, transportation, and meals for students with demonstrated need.
• WorkStudy Opportunities: Oncampus or approved offcampus parttime jobs that complement academic schedules.
• Scholarship Matching: If you receive another scholarship, the program can match up to 50% of that amount, subject to program caps.

Funds are typically disbursed directly to the educational institution, minimizing administrative burden for the student.
