Our comprehensive tuition structure consists of several distinct categories to ensure transparency. Students are encouraged to review these components carefully:

• Base Tuition: The core cost for academic instruction per credit hour or per semester.
• Registration Fees: A one-time administrative fee processed during the initial enrollment period.
• Technology Fee: Covers access to campus Wi-Fi, computer labs, and digital learning management platforms.
• Library and Laboratory Fees: Specifically applied to students in science, engineering, or research-intensive programs.

Payment Schedules and Options

We provide flexible payment arrangements to assist our student body. Tuition can be settled via the following methods:

• Full Upfront Payment: A 5% discount is applied to the total tuition if paid in full before the start of the semester.
• Installment Plan: Fees can be divided into three equal installments due at the start of each month of the term.
• Financial Aid Integration: Students receiving scholarships or grants may have these amounts automatically deducted from their total balance prior to the billing deadline.

Refund Policy

If a student chooses to withdraw from a course, a pro-rated refund may be available depending on the date of withdrawal. Withdrawals occurring within the first two weeks of the semester are eligible for a 75% refund of the base tuition, excluding non-refundable administrative fees. After the fourth week, no tuition refunds are provided.
