Application Process

The application is submitted entirely online through the CVS Health scholarship portal. The process consists of the following steps:

  2. Complete the personal information section, including contact details and demographic data.
  3. Upload supporting documents: official transcript, resume/CV, and a recent passportstyle photo.
  4. Write a 500word essay addressing the prompt: Describe how you plan to use your pharmacy education to improve health outcomes for minority or underserved populations.
