During this time, performance and fit will be evaluated. Successful completion results in confirmation of permanent status. Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am5:30pm, with a 30minute unpaid lunch break. Flexible arrangements may be approved by line managers. Compensation is based on market benchmarks, experience, and role responsibility. Salary reviews occur annually in December. Eligible employees may receive quarterly bonuses tied to individual and company performance metrics. All staff must uphold the highest standards of professionalism, avoid conflicts of interest, and protect confidential information. Suarga Padang Padang maintains a zerotolerance policy toward any form of harassment or discrimination. Reports can be made anonymously via the internal portal. Businesscasual attire is expected in the office. Certain clientfacing roles may require formal business wear. Emergency exits are clearly marked. Regular drills are held each quarter. All accidents must be reported to the Safety Officer within 24hours. Employees approved for remote work must maintain a secure workspace, use companyprovided VPN, and be reachable during core hours.
